    Hello @albertramsbottom .

I have only seen maybe 3 other users receive this error in the last 5 years. The previous user had to contact Amazon/the responsible party of their SSL to get this figured out.

Have you contacted Amazon seller support to see what they have to say about this? And have you contacted the party responsible for your SSL about this as well? If so, what did each of them say?

The link to your images are supposed to be “http” (which they do appear to be and are loading fine for me) when sending to Amazon which is why contacting Amazon is likely what you need to do here.

    Kind regards,
    John

I’m going to close this ticket (mark as resolved) as there was been no new message for over a week, so I can only assume it has been resolved.

If you encounter any more issues like this, I’d suggest you use the support form on wplab.com right away as this type of issue is usually related to your specific server setup.

    kind regards,
    Matt
