visititech.com (Primary, Hosted on Cpanel having WP installed)
itechsoftwarehouse.com (Parked on visititech.com hosting)
itechcomputercollege.com (Parked on visititech.com hosting)

i want itechsoftwarehouse.com = visititech.com (with/without www and same subdomains)
and
itechcomputercollege.com (to point to one of a wordpress network site with and without www)

You want them both to be 100% exactly the same? Cause … that will KILL your SEO. It would be better to have them each be their own site.

1) what if i want to make itechsoftwarehouse.com the primary domain and visititech.com to redirect ? whereas visititech.com has hosting and itechsoftwarehouse.com is parked in visititech.com
2) Yes i want to point itechcomputercollege.com to a network site, i tried to use the MU Domains Mapping Plugin, but i think its making some conflict with my hosting apache. by phpinjection it says!
You have to pick ONE domain to be the main domain. You can park whatever you want on it, but WordPress will not allow you to map your primary domain. Decide which one you want people to see in the address bar, and use it.

i think it was some page, now i removed and created the page again, however there was no data in that page,

now my current primary domain is visititech.com ok, but how to resolve this : ( i have registration disabled)
1) when i open with http://www.visititech.com it opens ok (as i installed wp by http://www.visititech.com)
when i open just visititech.com it takes to signup page with error. (to resolve this i created noblogredirection define to my domain but error relates to next question)
2) i want to open itechsoftwarehouse.com to visititech.com while the domain remains itechsoftwarehouse.com (not redirected to visititech.com) is this possible ?

No. You cannot do this with Multisite. That’s what I meant when I said “You have to pick ONE domain to be the main domain.”
