    Thanks for the feedback!

Jetpack isn’t perfect and never will be, but we work hard to fix bugs. Like for WordPress itself and its 4299 open tickets, the number of tickets alone isn’t a great indicator of the quality of the product. If anything, it is a good indicator of how active and popular the product is.

When looking at our GitHub repository numbers, I’d recommend that you also look at the amount of closed issues (1,800+ right now.) You can also look at the Pulse tab to see how active the project is. As you can see, we’re working hard to solve issues and introduce new features. You can also use labels to navigate the GitHub repository; you’ll then notice that half of those 700+ issues are ideas or suggestions of new enhancements for existing Jetpack features. If you need more details about how we use GitHub to help us develop Jetpack, let me know, I’ll be happy to give you more details.

In any case, we know we’re not done yet! There is still a lot more things we can do to make Jetpack better, faster, stronger. 🙂

If you experience a specific issue and would like us to take a closer look at it, do not hesitate to open a new issue on GitHub, start a new thread in the support forums, or contact us privately.

We’re also available if you have questions as a developer. We also have developer.jetpack.com if you’re looking for details and examples of the different actions and filters available in Jetpack.

    I hope this helps.
