A client portal question

I’m currently being eaten by how to set up a client portal. I saw some tutorials online but i would like to provide my clients more flexibility, i want to set a empty template page with the space for words, pictures and video and map and the clients can login my website to fill in whatever they want, and then i will approve and publish it.

Does anyone here have idea about if wordpress provides this?
