A bunch of PHP Notice since last update (2.1.3) while debuging

    Hi, I’m using your plugin to develop a site “in place”, so I have the DEBUG constant set to true. Since the last update ( to 2.1.3 ), only when not logged in, I’m getting these Notices:

    Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_INCAP_CLIENT_IP in /www/wp-content/plugins/coming-soon-page/includes/front_end.php on line 121

Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_CLIENT_IP in /www/wp-content/plugins/coming-soon-page/includes/front_end.php on line 123

Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR in /www/wp-content/plugins/coming-soon-page/includes/front_end.php on line 125

Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_X_FORWARDED in /www/wp-content/plugins/coming-soon-page/includes/front_end.php on line 127

Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_FORWARDED_FOR in /www/wp-content/plugins/coming-soon-page/includes/front_end.php on line 129

Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_FORWARDED in /www/wp-content/plugins/coming-soon-page/includes/front_end.php on line 131

    We fixed this notices and updated our plugin.

    On version 2.1.4 this notices are fixed, you can update it now.
