    1. No RTL support.
    2. No Persian/Farsi translations.
    3. Bad UI, Confusing UI and Bad UX.
    4. I couldn’t figure out how to connect it to SMS service provider.
    5. I couldn’t figure out how to enable Phone Verification on WooCommerce Login Form.
    6. It can use WooCommerce classes to style the UI elements.

    Edit: This plugin does not provide SMS features for free. You can’t get anything related to SMS done with this plugin without paying money.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. 

    We truly value your input and would like to address each of your concerns below:

    1. No RTL support.

    Currently, our plugin does not fully support RTL. However, our team is actively working on this, and we’ll be releasing RTL compatibility soon.

    2. No Persian/Farsi translations.

    Our plugin supports translation into all languages using third-party plugins like Loco Translate. 

    If you experience any issues while translating into Persian/Farsi, please let us know, and our developers will be happy to assist you.

    3. Bad UI, Confusing UI, and Bad UX.

    Could you please share specific points about what felt unclear or difficult? 

    Your suggestions will help us improve the design and overall user experience.

    4. I couldn’t figure out how to connect it to the SMS service provider.

    We provide custom SMS provider integration feature in our premium plugins only. You can utilize the default miniOrange gateway in the free plugin for sending the OTPs.

    You can configure your SMS provider under the Gateway Settings tab of the premium plugins.

    We also provide detailed setup guides within the plugin to make this process easier. [ Guide ]

    5. I couldn’t figure out how to enable Phone Verification on the WooCommerce Login Form.

    To enable phone verification on the WooCommerce login form, simply go to the Forms tab, select WooCommerce Login form and enable the phone verification option.

    6. It can use WooCommerce classes to style the UI elements.

    Our plugin uses the default WooCommerce classes when adding extra form elements to ensure consistency in design. 

    If you notice any styling issues, please share them with us so we can resolve them.
