A big disappointment!

    First off, let me tell you WordPress users, Chatwee customers support is almost nonexistent, I mean very bad. I had bought the Pro Plan from them 15 days ago and in that period I was lucky if they replied to me 5 times out of my 25 e-mails, I had seen a lot better customer services around so if your website is important to you, stay away from that misery.

    Secondly, they are doing false advertising on there website as selling the software saying it is coming with a full SSO features as in reality it is limited and not working with the hyperlink they are providing you.Only option to have SSO enable and working on your site is to choose the Bubble floating chat theme or embedded within your website – no hyperlink is working with the SSO option, what a turn off !!!

    Just stay away from this software, you will spare time, money and frustrations.
