Clean, Intuitive Plugin, with Fantastic Support

Just adding an update to the original review that I wrote below. Having used this plugin for around a year now, and had cause to contact the Etoile Web Design team for support, I can say that these folks are absolutely solid. They’ve always responded promptly (even on weekends sometimes), and they’ve always provided a screenshot and a code snipped which explains (a) why I’m experiencing a particular issue, and (b) how to fix it. It’s always been the fault of the theme or modifications I’ve had made to the theme which has caused the issues, but still the Etoile team are happy to help solve the problem and get the plugin looking perfect once again. THANK YOU!!!! This is definitely my favourite WordPress plugin, and the support is by far the best I’ve ever encountered. Buy this plugin, you won’t regret it.

I spent some time searching for a clean, readable and attractive FAQ plugin, and gave Ultimate FAQ a try, because the screenshots looked good. I immediately liked the look and feel of it, so upgraded to the paid version to unlock the additional features, and have absolutely no regrets whatsoever that I did. For the price I paid, it was an absolute bargain. It’s beautifully intuitive on the back-end, and looks beautiful on the front-end. There were a couple of minor tweaks that I wanted to make, to ensure it was pixel perfect, and seamlessly integrated with my site, so I got in touch with the Ultimate FAQ support team. They (Tony) answered my queries quickly, and provided me with a CSS code snippet that immediately did what I wanted it to do. What more can I say? Am very happy indeed with this product, and will happily recommend to any friends or clients looking for a WordPress FAQ solution. THANKS!!!
