A basic question on the user's AMT fields

Hi,

In the User WordPress panel, I see things like:

Twitter author username (AMT)
Twitter publisher username (AMT)

My Twitter user account is found at:
https://twitter.com/dharma_blues

So what do I enter into these fields?

Is it:
@dharma_blues OR
https://twitter.com/dharma_blues OR
…something else?

For Google+ or Facebook, I guess I input the whole URL address — that’s right?
