Can I see the shortcode you are using?
Of course, here it is:
[customer_list product=”41052″ order_status=”wc-completed”]

Do you have the plugin “wootickets” installed?
No. I use Event Calendar, Event ticket, Event ticket plus.

Ok. I’ll test this out on my side and get back to you asap!
Any news.
I wrote that I use Event calendar, but it is The events Calendar.

Hi @elprebsi,
Sorry about the delay. I just checked and realised that this is normal behaviour since by default the shortcode will display the variations. If you want to hide that, simply add order_variations=”false” to your shortcode. So in the end, your shortcode will be the following:
[customer_list product=”41052″ order_status=”wc-completed” order_variations=”false”]
Hope that helps.
Thierry
Hey.
Thanks for the answer.
However, I have found that myself.
Should the output in that column then not be the participants.
If a customer buys more tickets, the names of the participants should appear in that column. Is that right

Unfortunately we do not have support for that particular plugin yet but it will be possible in the future in the pro version, which already supports many other ticket plugins
