I used the plugin Advanced Access Manager to edit user roles on my site. I no longer have the traditional names of roles as I edited those role names to be more appropriate for my site. This caused a PHP error and I had uninstall this plugin (All-in-One) to correct the issue as my site would not load.

On trying to reinstall the basic version works fine. When I upgrade I get the same error. Here is the error from log:

PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function add_cap() on a non-object in /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/app/helper/class-ai1ec-platform-helper.php on line 73

I’d love to have the Premium version back, any ideas to make this work with my altered user roles?

    Hi Mark,

The dev team are aware that ‘Advanced Access Manager’ causes this issue with the calendar. We are looking to iron our conflicts like this in future releases of the plugin. Thank you for your patience in the interim and we apologize for the any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately there is not ‘quick fix’ for these sorts of conflict.

    Thanks
