    Hi Matthew,

    I got your pro version and some things are not the same as the last tine.
    1. I’m trying to align checkbox, radio button, or select boxes within the default alignment with the rest. I tried all options, but not in this case. Is there a way to align them with the rest of the input boxes?

    2. I’m also trying to add an option – “other” with text input area under above (within) options. I was able to do this last time with your free version. It seems it is not supported or no longer works.

    Please help.

    Sounds like a problem with your theme or another plugin. Check the FAQ.

    This is not (and has not been) a feature.
