Before when a user select “Ship to billing address” option, it hides the shipping address form. Recently I discovered that this feature stopped working. I have deactivated, uninstalled, and re-installed Woocommerce in hope that I can get the feature to work again, but it still does not work.

Any suggestions on what settings I need to look out for? Or is there any known plugin(s) that can interfere with Woocommerce? Currently, I have Advanced Custom Fields , Contact Form Plugin, Multiple Featured Images, and Captcha installed.
    I have a test site at test.dielvelop.com

    Thanks in advance.

You should first switch to 2011 theme and see if it fixes it. If so, then it is your theme issue. If it doesn’t, then you may have a plugin conflict. For that you should deactivate all plugins and activate them one by one, retesting after each one until you find the culprit.

I found out that the javascript files that handle this functionality were omitted for some reason. I disabled all the plugins and got rid of all my custom scripts but none of these helped. There was something either in my header.php or page.php file that screwed things up. I still don’t know the culprit; but luckily, I saved a few old copies of the files and was able to revert to where the feature worked properly.

    Thanks royho for the reply.
