Delete posts after X days

Hello,

I want a plug-in to delete posts after X days o a single category only.

I serach for codex but I dont find nothing. Anyone know a plug-in like this?

And if he can send me an e-mail with the post content and the date/time of deletetion, its better. Not a must, its a plus. 🙂
