Cannot create package

    Hello,

    I’ve set every folder required to 777 and yet whenever I click on “create package” I see the message “creating package” yet no package gets created. After a minute or two the page refreshes and no package is created. What should I do in this situation?

    Hey jcyin,

    You can send the log file to support.lifeinthegrid.com and I can take a look at it. Please don’t post log data on the forums as portions of it contain sensitive data…
