Cannot find CSS class 'em-bookings-ticket-table'

Hi,

I am trying to style the booking form so that the columns for tickets are spaced out more.

You can see here http://www.ilcc.lu/events/wills-and-inheritance-in-luxembourg that the columns for the tickets are too close together.

However, I cannot find the CSS classes (em-bookings-ticket-table) that define the layout for this table. I have looked in all of the CSS files but cannot see them there, also not found using the Notepad Find function.

Can somebody point me in the right direction.
