The site comes up but it is not readily apparent where to get to locations. I see a lot of Flash trickery, but no store finder.
Until/unless I can see the problem I cannot begin to guess what may be happening. Routing everything through Flash, however, may be an issue especially if it is providing a UI layer between raw WordPress HTML output and the user experience. It could very well be filtering out the JSONP communications.

this issue is still UNSOLVED, I paid a premium pluge in to been able to separete but it does’t work!
Make sure you have Tag Input checked off on map settings.
SLP version 3.7.2 should work without that checked, so if you’ve not upgraded you may want to try that first.

As far as I am aware this forum should only be for supporting the non-commercial version.
@jan – I don’t mind providing assistance to people that are using the baseline free plugin and have premium add-ons.
I did have forums on my site originally but direct email correspondence with a Core WP dev member suggested I use the WP forums for all plugin related correspondence with users. After discussing the forums situation with the core member I started handling all free/forum-based support here.
Since the premium add-ons only extend the main/free plugin listed on WordPress and they will not work without it, it seems like a smart idea to answer all questions in one place. It keeps the users from being confused and provides a better overall user experience IMO, wouldn’t you agree?

SLP version 3.7.2 should work without that checked, so if you’ve not upgraded you may want to try that first.
I’m using Version 3.7.3 Version as i can see in WP installed pluge in session while in SLP general setting pro pack I see :version 3.1.3!!!
Turn Off SLP Maps is unchecked…
Check the “Tag Input” box in Map Settings / Search Form.
ok now only genova map works and I had to cancel tag marsiglia map as I must publish web site…
