Log in issues after updating to 3.4.2

Hi.

I own a number of wordpress blogs. Recently I attempted to upgrade two of them to 3.4.2. The first one ladyweightwatcher.com seemed to update correctly but when I attempted to upgrade the second one ladyfreelancer.com it appeared to begin to upgrade then the page refreshed.

Since then I have not been able to log into ladyfreelancer.com and when I checked my log in at ladyweightwatcher the same problem is occuring there.

It show me as logged in but I cannot access anything behind the front pages or links. It shows me I can edit a post but when you click on the edit or any of the dashboard menus it just remains on the front page after refreshing.

The stats, which I can still see are showing me as a visitor.

My husband checked the sites on the server and it appears the log in pages for both sites have disappeared. He also can’t log in via the browser.

Is a reinstall the only option available to me to regain admin access?

I have other sites on the same server and none of them are affected but I am not keen to upgrade to the 3.4.2 incase the same thing happens to them

Any help or advice gratefully appreciated.

I am using graphene theme on ladyfreelancer and mantra theme on ladyweightwatcher.
