[Plugin: WP Autoresponder And Newsletter Plugin] alive?

it has been 8 months since the last update with past updates no more than 5 months apart. I just want to know if this is still being developed?

It seems like my ONLY other free choice that has close to the features I need is pHPlist and those people don’t know what web forms are so….
