Unable to access Admin area. Wp-login.php loop

    hmmmm… why the WWW redirect? remove that and retry login see if any different. Also have you contacted the host to see if they have any insight? and is this on a shared hosting server? if so ensure you have no .htaccess file located above your root directory. Let us know 🙂

    Thanks for responding alvaw,

    I wondered that myself and tried removing the “www.” from my URL but it broke the .css of wordpress and I experienced the “too many redirects” error message.

    I’ve looked in the root of the wordpress install and the “public_html” and the “www” root folder, no sign of a .htaccess file.

    Also, I’ve tried renaming the Twenty-Eleven theme to “Twenty-Eleven.hold” to force WP to use Twenty-Ten but no luck. It just breaks WP completely.
