Can you post a screenshot.
Thanks, ok there is an error which is causing the rest of the page not to load. Is is possible you can turn on debugging and let us know the error that is appearing.
Sorry, not comfortable with doing that; the site is live and I’m no PHP expert…any other ideas?
I understand.
Without knowing exactly what the error is though, there is not much I can do.
We are about to release a new version of the plugin very soon though, which will fix most of the issues that people are having.
Maybe just wait for wait.
Thanks
When might that new version be coming out?
We are currently testing it. If you would like to get a beta version, email us info at videousermanuals com
I am having the same problem and it makes the plug-in impossible to use. I am using WordPress 3.4.2 and accessing wp-admin via latest Chrome browser running on Mac OS X 10.6.8 (if that makes any difference).
There was a problem with javascript it. It told me I had javascript turned off but in Chrome preferences it was enabled. Anyway, be glad of any help you can offer. When is your new version coming out?

Hi, I downloaded Google Analyticator plugin to my wordpress and I can see the stats by logging into google analytics, but I can’t see them in the dashboard as the video says I should. The google analytics summary box is there but it says “no data available for view.” Why is this? I have it enabled. I have Catch Box 1.2.3. if that matters.
Thanks for any help you can give.
