mapping regulus tabs to categories

I’m using the Regulus 2.2 on a test site. Regulus allows navigation tabs along the header for pages, eg “Home,” “About.” I know how to create pages and thus tabs for them.

How do I instead map the tabs to categories? For example, a tab for the category music brings up all the music posts.
