[Plugin: WordPress Advanced Ticket System] Tickets not showing up…

    ive installed WATS on WP 3.4.1 but after submitting a ticket through the front end, nothing shows up in the backend admin panel.

    when not logged in, submit button redirects to home page with 404 text in the background

    When i click on troubleshooting in the admin panel is says:
    Frontend submission form : Not configured
    Frontend ticket listing : Not configured

    even though i’ve configured these options in the settings page

    any idea what is going on? very strange…

    If it isn’t configured, then I don’t see how you can submit tickets through the frontend 🙂
