[Plugin: Promotion Slider] Slider not displaying images

    What you describe is actually not a bug, but how the slider is intended to work. By default, the slides display the featured image and, optionally, the excerpt for the promotion. When someone clicks on the promotion in the slider, it will take them to the promotion page, which contains the content you entered in the content section.

    I see that you don’t actually have an image displaying, which means you probably put the image in the content of the promotion rather than setting the featured image. The featured image box is typically located on the right hand side of the promotion edit screen towards the bottom. When the pop-up screen displays for you to select or upload an image, it is important that you click the ‘Use as featured image’ link rather than the ‘Insert into post’ button. If you have properly assigned the featured image, you should see a thumbnail of the image in the ‘Featured Image’ box on the promotion edit screen.

    Thank you Micah, I thought I was missing something simple. I used the “Set Feature Image” panel then selected “Insert into post”. Thanks a lot.
