misplaced Username to WordPress

    Really don’t know what version….cannot find, anyone?

    I’ve misplaced Username to WordPress. (Moving, may be packed in a box). How can I retrieve?

    Hi esmi,

    Think I need my username before I can change my password…right? It is so frustrating when a company (WordPress) doesn’t have a CS phone #.

    WordPress is free software and this free, volunteer-staffed forum is the only support resource available via wordpress.org. Also, wordpress.org distributes and documents the WordPress application but has no connection with any site running that software. So we have absolutely no access to your site’s database or your username.

    The second link that I posted above should allow you to locate your username and change your password. Failing that, I can only suggest that you try hiring someone to carry out this retrieval for you.
