• I just signed up for the Network Solutions blog hosting package that has 50Gb of space. I am having trouble uploading media files via the Dashboard add new media link. Nothing happens, and then I get a ‘Cannot display webpage’ error.

I have tried deactivating the plugins, and clearing my cache.

I have even tried calling Network Solutions and they said that they cannot do anything about it as it is a WordPress issue. I do not have FTP access to my account so I cannot gain access to my upload directory to set file permissions.

NS tried to get me to upgrade to a full hosting package with FTP access but that is additional cost that I can’t afford right now. Moreover, I don’t think I should be paying more for something that should work to begin with. I am not uploading anything big, just a 45kb .jpg file to my site at http://www.epi.asia. I managed to upload 2 images, I don’t know how but it took forever, but after that it wouldnt work anymore.

Any help would be very much appreciated! Thanks!
