Apostrophe (') appearing after category title

    If you click one of the categories on my blog (i.e., “Christian Inspiration” on http://www.PrayersAndApples.com) an apostrophe appears after the category title on the re-loaded page. So it’ll display all of the posts from that category and the top of the page will say: Category:Christian Inspiration’ ..Is there anyway to remove this apostrophe? It’s the same thing for every single category!
