    Thanks for downloading my plugin, the functionality of adding automatic showing of my icons on CPT is on the cards to be added in a future release, unfortunately every time I have tried implementing it so far I have failed but am trying.
    For now until I have it working properly you can add the <?php echo get_jamie_social_code();?>
    Into your themes template, if you are using a bought theme you can create a child theme to stop it being removed on each update.
    But will try to add it as a part of the plugin as soon as possible
