Weird Code Appearing – Multiple Blogs

I have a rather odd error appearing on a number of blogs that I have running off of one MySQL account. This is not a WPMU setup. Note: not all the blogs running off that MySQL account have these errors – which only makes it all the more mysterious. Also note that none of these blogs get high ammounts of traffic, so I doubt it would be any ‘stress’ places on the MySQL account, or something like that.

Notice weird code appearing at top of the page and under each post at:
