What’s the string you are trying to paste into the form?

Maybe someone else will find this helpful. I just figured out the issue on version 3.2.4 of the plugin.

I’m able to get my custom logo to display on the CleanPrint Settings page in WordPress; however, no image displays in the CleanPrint window that pops up to print the page (only the tagline “brings you efficient content output.” shows up). The Default image works fine.

Even though the Settings page will recognize an image with just a path and file name, you need to specify a URL to the custom image you want to use. Otherwise the plugin will assume the image is on the cleanprint site (e.g. http://cache-02.cleanprint.net/YOUR_IMAGE.jpg).
