Network Shared Posts & Custom Post Types

Hi all
Hope that somebody can steer me in the right direction.

I’m looking for a plugin where you can manage all the content from the main blog and then populate/control the content on the sub websites. This plugin must also work with custom post types.

The plugin must also be able to let you choose on which sub sites you wish to display the content on.

I’ve found plugins where you can network share posts, but the problem is that when you click on those posts it links back to the main blog.

Any suggestions or help is most welcome.
