Twentyten responsive

I’m trying to make my twentyten theme responsive. I have a header with an image and slogan. I’m almost there but I cannot figure what I’m doing wrong to get the header to resize rather than not resize and the slogan move under the image. You can see what I mean here any help is appreciated.
