Menus menu and theme settings disappeared from admin panel

Hi all,

This is my first wordpress installation and something really strange happens. After moving my website from localhost to my share hosting company, evrything looks ok at the begging.

After some time (a day) when I log-in at wordpress admins panel the theme menu settings is not there and the Menu menu (Appearence – Menu) settings is not there as well. Alghouth I can not find the theme menu to change the settings of the theme, when i go to Appearence – Themes i can see my theme that is active.The theme that I am using is contrast from themeforest.

Can anybody help my on this? Should I delete everything,make a fresh installation of wordpress? That way, I will loose everything I have done till now 🙁
