[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Excerpt as MetaDescription and Meta box

Hello Yoast,

compliments for the plugin that is very complete. I want to signal you that if I set the excerpt to work automatically as metadescription the plug-in seems to do not recognize it. If i add the focuskeyword it says me that it is not in the meta desc even though it is in the excerpt (set as source for metadesc). Also in the summary next to the posts the metadescrip does not appear.

In addition, i appreciate the function to hide metabox for those that autogenerate them but i would suggest to give the option to leave the focus keyword, the page analysis and the summary boxes with the traffic light in the post page for a further check.
