[Theme: Pinboard] Borders on posts and pages

Hello, I am having trouble getting my posts and pages to look the same as my index page.

Here is my index page:

Here is a “page”:
http://www.snowboardradio.com/trip-reports/

And here is a post:
http://www.snowboardradio.com/posts/indian-peaks-wilderness/

You’ll notice the borders don’t line up the same, there is that green bar underneath the menu, I would like it to be black like on the index page.

Also on the ‘pages’ , but NOT on the ‘posts’, the menu text hovers different. I would like to get the a:hover to be the same as on the index page.

I have spent a few hours messing around with the CSS but no luck. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
