Adding scheduled posts to the navigation menu

I have a weekly blog here:

http://www.linuxpcplus.com/category/the-great-linux-windows-challenge/

I actually write each one a couple weeks in advance, then schedule them. Is there a way to have each entry automatically added to the GLWC tab in my navigation menu each time it is published instead of having to manually add each one?
