Admin area notifictions fading away

    Generally when performing an action in the admin area, a notification bar appears at the top of the screen informing that the action was either successful or has failed. For example: “Settings saved.” “Post draft updated. Preview post” “Post updated. View post” etcetera.

    On this site http://www.madisoncountysheriff.com the bar appears and them fades away, contrary to normal practice.

    I am relatively new to WP coding and am at a loss as to why this is happening.

    Can anyone provide me some guidance?
