[Plugin: Testimonial] Filter by tags not working

Hi, In the listing template, the filter by tags field is not working. If I enter a tag that I used in only 2 testimonials it ignores it and displays all the testimonials. The Custom SQL where field works just fine, but that wont work for my other users.
