"Never Complete" Error after Installing .htaccess Code

I just installed the code into the .htaccess file. I am getting this error message when I try to visit the website.

The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

What did I do wrong and how can I fix it?
