How to update my leftside bar?

    Hi, all:

    My website is at http://www.visionopen.com/ .
    I just want to update some info on the leftbar, but by clicking WordPress->Dashboard->Appearance->Widgets->Rich Text Editor->Content->Open Rich Text Editor
    it just hangs….

    Please do help…

    In fact, I got this theme done by a friend. I don’t even know which template/theme he is using. But, does it have something to do with the theme?
