[Plugin: Just Custom Fields] How to get image custom field to appear at end of content

Hello, I know this is probably outside the scope of your support, but I am not really a php-er by any stretch, and I tried reading up on the post meta functions but had a really hard time trying to figure out how to get a custom post type image to show up after the content on a custom post type I’ve created.

Do you know what line of code I would need to insert? I can find the spot in the file that I need to insert it into, but I’m just not sure what to insert.
