Media and sharing images

Hi, today is full of issues and complicated questions.

Here is another one.

I have a wordpress site and I have created my own custom post type products. I created a little interface which basically opens the wordpress upload window. So the user uploads images and then I call these images by calling all attachements for the post id I am on.

Great.

However the client wants the ability to add images and then use those same images to attach to multiple products. So somehow in the media library select more than one product to associate that image with…

Is this possible?
