Need help ASAP – fresh start

Started using WordPress 2 nights ago, and I was going fine until I changed the wordpress site URL, I was frustrated so I wanted to start over, I ended up deleting my database from SLQ and I figured out from youtube vids how I should of fixed it. But now I don’t even have a database and I can’t get this page working, here is my site: http://poison-clan.net/

I would like to start fresh again if there is no way to recover what I lost, need help as soon as possible please.

I had a mingle forum (plugin) set up with multiple categories, had user groups and permissions set up. And a skin.

My file manager files were also deleted

Did you delete WordPress files too? Can you login to your dashboard (not likely)?

Yes I deleted them from file manager, I was hoping I could reinstall it from the account panel but it won’t let me uninstall/reinstall. And no I cannot access my dashboard:

Not Found

The requested URL /admin was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Try reinstalling WordPress.

Okay so I downloaded WordPress, unzipped it and put all the files in the FTP file manager, however the site still doesn’t work. What can I do about the database?

Got it working now, I managed to remove wordpress from my go daddy account and reinstalled it, it also fixed up my database because of it. Thanks for the replies.
