Space issues between navigation bar and page title

In twenty eleven child:

I would like to raise the content text closer up to the navigation bar. The entry title of the content is what I need to move up I guess. But how?

Also I had to upload a fresh copy of twenty eleven and I lost my Reflection.js effect on the bottom tabs.
