No Theme

Hello I am a complete beginner and I am trying to set up my own website
everything seems to be going fine except in my admin aria in the box where
it says Right Now I am getting an error message that reads : ERROR: The themes directory is either empty or doesn’t exist. Please check your installation.

You are using WordPress 3.4.1.

I managed to get into my sql data base and it looks ok but what would I know
any help would be most welcome the link is as follows
