[Plugin: WP e-Commerce] Making it possible to add both Required & Optional Variation set

    Hi, i would like to discuss this issue with you guys,
    I am developing a website which the products holds two variation sets.
    but i want to make it possible to purchase the items in a way which the client have a required Variation that he should choose and the other variation is optional ,
    i have been trying to accomplish this but unfortunately i am facing failure in every way i try to do this.
    did anyone faced this situation or can help me in accomplishing this ?

    I had that exact situation.

    I ended up adding a “No Thanks” Variation to the one that was optional. So they still had to choose it, but not really if that makes sense.

    But even then – it was a total pain.

    In hindsight, I would have used WooCommerce, Shopp, or MarketPress instead of WP eCommerce.
