[Plugin: WP Footer Ad] Conflicts with "Slick Contact Forms" plugin

Slick Contact Forms creates a form in the sidebar area but then displays it as a scrolling tab. The presence of WP Footer Ad when activated prevents the scrolling tab from being displayed.
