No Dashboard?

    Hi,
    I am on 3.4.1, and when I go to my site and the admin panel, everything is fine EXCEPT there is no dashboard, it just says Dashboard and Profile. No Posts, Pages, etc to edit. I am NOT using Lighter Menu, so I dont know what the trouble is. Any help is appreciated!

    What happens if you add “/wp-admin/edit.php” after your site’s address (when logged in)?
    www.example.com/wp-admin/edit.php

    Did you upgrade your site before this happened?

    try:

    – resetting the plugins folder by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    I tried restting the plugins folder via an ftp, since Im too dumb to understand the other way (myphpadmin) and it didnt work….any other help?

    What happens if you add “/wp-admin/edit.php” after your site’s address (when logged in)?
    www.example.com/wp-admin/edit.php

    replace www.example.com with your domain name in your browser.

    Did you switch to the default theme?
    Did you do anything before this happened (upgrade WordPress, or a plugin)?

    yes I switched to default theme, but then I get a white page and nothing else, I even upgraded wordpress to 3.4.1 and it still does it. Maybe the theme I have is messed up?

    Try switching back to the default theme first. That is the only way to find out if it is an issue related to the theme.

    Try donwnloading twentyeleven and put it in your themes folder /wp-content/themes/
