    After updating to wordpress version 1.4.1, I see this message on my website:
    Main menu
    Skip to primary content
    Skip to secondary content

    The content is displayed without css.

    Is this a bug ?how do I fix it?

    Did you mean 3.4.1?

    try:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder from a fresh download of WordPress. by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – re-running the upgrade via wp-admin/upgrade.php

    Thanks for your help. The plugin that this raises is W3 Total Cache.
    This plugin has never worked well because Yspeed always complained about:
    1. Grade F on Add Expires headers
    2. Grade F on Compress components with gzip
