Tweet Individual Lines of Text in Web Page

I have a webpage of quotes in my wordpress template and I would like to add a ‘tweet’ button at the end of each so people have the option of tweeting the quote. Lots of widgets I have seen seem to only do this in blog posts, and not pages. It needs to be in a page.

For example:

“Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get.” Forrest Gump (tweet button here).

Can someone please let me know if there is a plugin that does this in PAGES (not blog posts) or whether I need to add some kind of HTML code at the end of the quote.
